Dr. Daddy!!
 

The happy events of this week more than made up for the rough time of it that we had the week before.  Amelia is proud to announce that her Dad successfully defended his thesis this week, and so is now DR. DADDY!!!  Seriously though, Bill has put in a LOT of hard work -- during the past seven years, but especially over the past several months.  He totally deserves some time now to relax and enjoy his success.  Amelia and I are so very proud of him.

Amelia also wants to send a special thanks this week to Puter in Kansas City.  Puter knew that Amelia would be proud of her Dad, and so made her some awesome robes to match Bill's PhD regalia.  Below are the photos.  We can't wait to wear these to the graduation ceremony!
