Spring Smiles

Beautiful spring weather has finally come to Austin.  Amelia and I have taken advantage of the warm afternoons to go for a few outings.  We just got back from a trip to the Arboretum where we returned some repeat baby gifts for some cute baby summer clothes.  Tonight we hope to grill hamburgers outdoors with Dad (who has been working very hard on his thesis since returning from Kansas City last week).  

We also decided that it was time to set up our home photography studio and take some more photos of Amelia.  Here are the results.  As you can see, I think she thought it was fun.

	I think Amelia looks a LOT like her Aunt Annie in this photo.

Here is a photo that Amelia took with her friend, Corduroy Dog, compared to a similar photo just about six weeks ago.  Pretty amazing how fast she has grown!

Finally, here is a photo of Amelia and her friend, Nick.  Nick came to help us eat the leftover corn beef and cabbage on Tuesday night.  Amelia had a good time visiting with him.
